NZ ORDERS:
Within New Zealand we use CourierPost and Castle Parcels.
Orders shipped in our standard parcel sized post bags will be an Overnight Delivery Service - CourierPost targets delivery to business addresses by 9am the next working day, and residential addresses the next working day.
For rural deliveries expect an additional 2-3 working days to standard delivery target.
Boxes or larger orders will be shipped with Castle Parcels on a 2–3 day service to urban addresses, an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.
We have flat-rate delivery charges. Generally postage is $10 to urban addresses and $15 to rural (RD) addresses. For smaller orders, such as our Facemasks or Phone Pouches, postage is $5 to urban addresses and $8 to rural (RD) addresses.
Heavier and larger packages will be double, $20 to urban addresses and $30 to rural (RD) addresses. This affects the following orders: Hector, Foray, Canvas Down Jackets, and large orders with multiple items.
If you require overnight delivery (only possible to urban areas within NZ), please phone us on 0800 122 682 before 12pm noon and we will let you know the likely cost before confirming your order.
AUSTRALIA:
Your parcel will be sent by NZPost's International courier and tracked, which takes between 5-7 days from dispatch for urban areas.
Large orders are sent by FedEx or DHL Express, which takes between 5-10 days from dispatch to urban areas. Allow longer lead times for rural addresses.
Actual freight charges are based on weight and location and are shown when you enter your shipping address in the checkout process.
Custom fees and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. Following COVID-19 outbreak, we have had customers let us know that charges are more enforced than before, and they are higher.
REST OF THE WORLD:
We FedEx or DHL Express, which cannot deliver to PO Boxes (outside NZ and Australia). Delivery to the USA is typically 5-7 days from dispatch, and to the rest of the world up to 10 working from dispatch depending on location.

CACTUS DISPATCH TIME:
Orders are normally shipped the next day, outside of weekends and public holidays, however there may be delays in particularly busy periods. If you need to ensure your order is received by a certain date, you're best to contact us via email or calling +64 0800 122 682 before placing your order and we'll do our best to help you.
FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS:
Our shopping cart has options for you to set up different addresses, such as billing address and a shipping address. It's important to note that we send all documentation with the parcel. We do this so that the parcel has a smooth journey through the freighting and customs clearance processes. It isn't possible to send products without these documents, sorry.
Some countries have import duties and taxes which are not covered by our freighting service. You will need to enquire about these in your country. Please don't ask us to write anything dodgy on the outside of a parcel like 'gifts only', we just can't risk it!
New Zealand Goods and Service Tax (GST) is collected on orders under $1000 AUD (Australia), $800 USD (USA), 150 Euro (Europe) and 135 GDP (UK). For orders that exceed this values, customs authorities will contact you directly. The prices shown on our website include GST until you enter your shipping information. Please be aware that customs authorities will charge extra clearance fees on these larger orders.
There are some restrictions on which countries we ship to. If the country you wish to ship to is not shown on the list of available countries, please contact us via email or call +64 0800 122 682.
All prices are shown in $NZD and all sales are billed in $NZD. If you are using an overseas credit card, your credit card provider may charge a small currency conversion fee. If you are concerned about how much this might be, we recommend you check with your credit card provider before placing your order.
