32 years ago when we started Cactus, we just did what came naturally. Since then we've realised that (doh!) actually thinking about the things one does is pretty useful. We're pretty certain that, had we introduced our new "Thinking Cap" back in the day, we'd be rolling in cash and sunning ourselves right now on the beaches of Ibiza. Suffice it to say, the Thinking Cap is only new, and we're still firmly ensconced here in NZ.
