I bought this shoulder strap as the bag my company had sourced didnt come with one. I have been using my bag for carry on. I recently went on a long haul trip and the benefits of the shoulder strap would immediately obvious. It made for a much easier time of it. the shoulder strap was super comfy and did what it needed to. I was glad I had purchased it.
