"Whatever your choice of recreational activities our Crafty Weka Bar has been designed to satisfy your appetite between meals, and exercise. We have carefully adjusted the amounts of each ingredient for easier digestion and optimum taste.
Crafty Weka Bars are packed with peanuts, oats and nutrient rich seeds, have a good blend of low, medium and high GI carbohydrates for sustained energy; sesame seeds for calcium and vital minerals including selenium. Pumpkin seeds to give you B vitamins for energy; sunflower seeds for vitamin E and a wide range of other nutrients.
We use only natural sugars, fruit, coconut sugar and use honey as the main sweetener. This provides fast-acting glucose for get-up-and-go, and slower absorbed fructose for improved performance. Honey is also a natural preservative which keeps your Crafty Weka Bar at peak freshness."
