The same radio holder as on our chest harnesses is attached to a rigid plastic back for hanging off a belt.

This is a belt. Not much more to say really. It's wide, it's tough, it's simple, it's adjustable. This could be used for slipping a radio holder or anything you like onto. Probably not to hold up your pants unless you have super wide belt loops!
