We genuinely believe that we make some of the staunchest products on earth. Designing them, prototyping them and making the majority of them ourselves allows us to ensure they're as rugged as possible. Engineering for longevity rather than planned obsolescence means we can bake in strength and forget superfluous features.
So, it's safe to say that we're confident our gear won't let you down. We believe in making stuff that will last and can be enjoyed for years and years. Depending on the product, where and how you use it, all products will eventually wear out over time. Although we don't offer a warranty wear and tear - we still believe that the longevity of a product is the answer to the environmental impacts of what we do and hence we offer a repair service to keep your Cactus gear going. And going. And going...
Repairs are like scars, each one has a story to tell.
Here at Cactus, we love a pair of patched Supertrousers, but we also love doing our bit for the environment. We pride ourselves on offering a service that ensures our gear doesn't head to the landfill after a few years of use.
We carry a bit of a 'work hard, play hard' attitude at Cactus.
You see, on the one hand, we make super tough & durable gear, but on the other, we're also fond of a pale ale on a Friday arvo and don't mind letting our hair down from time to time.
When it comes to making stuff, we're experts in our trade, but it's healthy to occasionally enjoy a laugh and not take ourselves too seriously.
With summer adventures & New Year's plans a hot topic at Cactus HQ, it was quite the buzz when our mates from Rhythm & Vines got in touch with some free tickets.
A so-called 'work trip' was on the cards, but unfortunately, the boss put a stop to it pretty quickly.
